Baada ya uteuzi wa Rais Magufuli jana wa Mwenyekiti wa chama cha ACT Wazalendo, Anna Mghwira kuwa mkuu wa Mkoa wa Kilimanjaro kulikuwa na mijadala mizito mitandaoni na hata kwenye vyombo vya habari juu ya uteuzi huo huku wengi wakimtaka Mbunge pekee wa chama hicho, Zitto Kabwe atolee ufafanuzi juu uteuzi huo hatimae leo ametoa kauli yake ya kwanza kuhusu uteuzi huo.

Zitto Kabwe amesema amezipokea taarifa hizo kutoka mitandaoni na kwenye vyombo vya habari lakini bado Chama cha ACT wazalendo hakijafanya mawasiliano na Mghwira anmbaye yupo nje ya nchi mpaka atakaporejea ndipo chama kitatoa msimamo wake juu ya uteuzi huo.

1 :2 Duties and Responsibilities

i. To conduct system analysis related to computer applications.

1.2.2 Assessing and monitoring patients through treatment and follow-up.
1.2.3 Working closely with medical specialists to plan treatment of tissues defects.

1.2.5 Producing and interpreting high quality images of the body to identify and diagnose injury and disease.
1.2.6 Asses patients and their requirements towork out which radiographic techniques to use.
1.2.7 Take responsibilities for radiation safety in your work area, including checking equipment for malfunctions and errors.
1.2.8 Manage referrals to ensure patients receive radiation dose as low as reasonable possible.
1.2.9 Supervising staff and patients in radiation work areas.
1.2.10 Provide support and reassurance to patience, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.

1.3 Core Competencies
Should demonstrate ability to provide high quality diagnostic imaging services, planning and giving treatment using x-rays and other radioactive resources.

1.4 Personal Specifications
Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography with Sonography must be registered by Tanganyika Medical Imaging and Radiology Council. A combination of relevant certified academic certificates. He/she must possess computer skills and should have at least 2 years working experience.

Mbunge wa Kawe (Chadema), Halima Mdee amesema Spika ana mamlaka ya kisheria ya kuomba vyombo vingine vya dola kumsaidia kumkamata mtu huku akisema kuwa ameamua kuwahi Dodoma kuepuka kukomolewa na Spika Ndugai aliyeagiza afike mbele ya Kamati ya Maadili jana asubuhi na kuagiza polisi wamsake popote alipo, ikiwezekana apelekwe akiwa amefungwa pingu.

Mdee, ambaye alikuwa Dar es Salaam wakati amri hiyo ikitolewa juzi saa 5:00 asubuhi, aliwasili Dodoma jana, lakini suala lake litajadiliwa leo. “Spika ana mamlaka ya kisheria ya kuomba vyombo vingine vya dola kumsaidia kumkamata mtu,” alisema Mdee alipoongea na gazeti la Mwananchi.
“Kwa sababu hiyo, ana uwezo wa kutumia mamlaka hayo kumkomoa mtu. Ndiyo maana nikaja mwenyewe Dodoma. Niliacha majukumu mazito niliyokuwa nayo ili lengo lake la kunikomesha lisifanikiwe,” aliongeza. Spika Ndugai, aliyezungumza kwa ukali, alisema anajua kuwa Mdee alikuwa nje ya Dodoma, lakini akataka awe amefika mbele ya kamati hiyo jana muda sawa na ule aliokuwa akitoa maagizo hayo juzi.
Mdee anatuhumiwa kutoa lugha mbaya kwa Spika, Rais na wabunge wakati wa mjadala uliokuwa mkali wa nafasi za wagombea wa Chadema na CUF katika Bunge la Afrika Mashariki.
Mdee pamoja na Kiongozi wa Kambi Upinzani Bungeni, Freeman Mbowe kufika watahojiwa na kamati hiyo leo.
